Does God Answer All Prayers?

Short answer, Yes. God always answers our prayers.
Always. Simple as that.
Not always in the ways we want but in His way.
Sometimes an answer to a prayer is not yet. Sometimes it’s no I have something better planned be patient. Hes preparing us for something so much more wonderful. Sometimes it’s yes. Do we only notice the times it’s a yes? Do we think God didn’t answer us when He doesn’t answer our prayers our way?
One example I can give is I know someone very close to me who I prayed for to convert to the Catholic faith but for years he never did and I didn’t understand why since God wants to bring people to His holy church why wasn’t my prayer being answered, til one day I was singing a mass and he said after mass that he felt called by God that this is where he was supposed to be. A year later after rcia classes, he became catholic at the easter vigil. Wow what a blessing that was. That was God telling me “Its my time not yours. Trust me child.” There are many other times I can recall that I doubted and worried that my prayer wasn’t being answered then suddenly I realized oh wait it was, or oh wait it was but just not in the way that I thought that it would be answered. Our minds can’t think as God does. We can only imagine some of the things but He has plans far bigger than we can imagine. Try to picture heaven, now think about how if God’s ways are far greater than ours, heaven must be so much more beautiful and wonderful than our human minds can imagine.
We know we are imperfect so why would we want our perfect God to change His plan for our way when His way is so much greater? He wants everything to be perfect for us. He has the best plan ever for our lives. Why settle for anything less? Do we wait for His time or do we rush into something else that doesn’t satisfy us the same or possibly causes harm to ourselves and/or others and sinful ways because we couldn’t wait?!
Think about all the times God has answered your prayers with a yes, think about the times He said no and then revealed something magnificent to you later on, or a time maybe currently in your life when you are waiting for a reply, know this, that Jesus’s love and mercy toward you are so amazing that His reply will be to. It always is. So if you are waiting for Him and He is giving you a “not yet”, then trust Jesus completely and give all of yourself to Him with all of your soul. His answer will be something wonderful, but in His time.
